Travel Well Survey – Terms and Conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to Nottingham City residents aged 18 years or over who have taken part in a Travel Well activity.
  2. There are 3 x £100 shopping vouchers to be won.
  3. The winners will be three separate individuals from different households who will be selected at random soon after the prize draw closes.
  4. Entries cannot be from employees of the promoter nor project partners nor their families.
  5. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
  6. To be eligible to win, you need to take part in all three surveys – a baseline survey and then follow up surveys at around 6 months and 12 months after your activity.  You will be contacted by the service provider or the Travel Well team to take part in the later surveys using the contact details you provided in the baseline survey.
  7. Entry to the prize draw can only be made by submitting your Travel Well surveys.
  8. You will be entered into the prize draw after you submit your 12 month survey return. The closing date for the prize draw is 31 October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
  9. Nottingham City Council accepts no responsibility for entries that cannot be submitted due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure of any kind, or for any other reason. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  10. Nottingham City Council accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
  11. Prize draw competition winners will be notified by Monday 30 November 2026 with details of how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 28 days of being notified, then the prize will be forfeited and Nottingham City Council shall be entitled to select another winner.
  12. In the first instance, winners will be contacted by email from [email protected] to arrange their prize.
  13. Names of the winners may be published on transportnottingham.com after the prize draw. The winner may be asked to partake in promotional activity.
  14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  15. Nottingham City Council retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
  16. Nottingham City Council reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Nottingham City Council regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. The personal data collected for the Travel Well surveys will only be used by Nottingham City Council and shared only with the programme delivery partners, Travel Well service providers and Active Travel England, the programme funders.  Your data will not be used for any marketing communications.  We do not share your name or contact information with Active Travel England.  You can read the full Privacy Policy here.
  18. The prize draw will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  19. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry to the prize draw.
