Gentle exercise like walking to work can help you wake up properly in the morning and start the day as you mean to go on. Explore your neighbourhood, spot urban wildlife, listen to a podcast or catch up with friends on route.
If you’re travelling a longer distance then walking to work may not be practical, but why not try getting off the bus or tram a few stops earlier?
