Travel Well Survey – Terms and Conditions

1. 1. The Travel Well prize draw is open to Nottingham City residents aged 18 years or over who have taken part in a Travel Well activity.
   2. Between September 2025 and October 2026 there is a prize draw every three months for respondents to the full baseline survey and the two follow up surveys. For each survey stage completed (baseline survey, 6 month survey and 12 month survey) there is the chance to win one of three £25 shopping vouchers. There are also three prizes of £100 shopping vouchers to be won in the grand prize draw in October 2026 for those verified to have taken part in all three survey stages.
   3. Entries cannot be from employees of the promoter nor project partners nor their families.
   4. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
   5. Entry to the prize draw can only be made by submitting your Travel Well surveys.
   6. To be eligible to win one of £25 vouchers you need to have submitted a completed survey (either a full baseline survey, 6 month survey or a 12 month survey) in the 6 months period before the prize draw date. The closing dates for the £25 voucher prize draws are:
   • 30 September 2025 for surveys received by 30 September 2025,
   • 31 December 2025 for surveys received between 1 July 2025 and 31 December 2025,
   • 31 March 2026 for surveys received between 1 October 2025 and 3 March 2026,
   • 30 June 2026 for surveys received between 1 January 2026 and 30 June 2026, and
   • 30 September 2026 for surveys received between 1 April 2026 and 30 September 2026.
   7. These prize draws will take place every 3 months between September 2025 and October 2026 for each of the three surveys (full baseline, 6 months after, 12 months after) providing there is a minimum of 20 eligible entries. If there are less than 20 entries for any of the survey stages by the closing date, any eligible entries will be carried forward into the next prize draw stage for that survey.
   8. To be eligible to win the grand prize draw, you need to take part in all three surveys stages completing a baseline survey and then two follow up surveys at around 6 months and 12 months after your activity. You will be contacted either by the service provider or by the Travel Well team via an email and/or by text to take part in the later surveys using the contact details you provided in the baseline survey.
   9. You will be entered into the grand prize draw after you submit your 12 month survey return. The closing date for the grand prize draw is 31 October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
   10. The winners at each prize draw stage will be separate individuals from different households who will be selected at random on each prize draw date. You are only eligible to have the chance to win a maximum of one £25 voucher for each survey stage you complete. Winners of the £25 vouchers will still be eligible for the £100 grand prize draw providing that they have submitted all three survey stages (a baseline survey and two follow up surveys).
   11. Nottingham City Council accepts no responsibility for entries that cannot be submitted due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure of any kind, or for any other reason. Your statutory rights are not affected.
   12. Nottingham City Council accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
   13. The £25 voucher prize draw winners will be notified within one month of the closing date for each prize draw with details of how to claim your prize. Grand prize draw competition winners will be notified by Monday 30 November 2026 with details of how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 28 days of being notified, then the prize will be forfeited and Nottingham City Council shall be entitled to select another winner.
   14. In the first instance, winners will be contacted by email from to arrange their prize.
   15. Names of the winners may be published on or after the prize draw. The winner may be asked to partake in promotional activity published either on this website, social media, in print or any other medium.
   16. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
   17. Nottingham City Council retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
   18. Nottingham City Council reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Nottingham City Council regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
   19. The personal data collected for the Travel Well surveys will only be used by Nottingham City Council and shared only with the programme delivery partners, Travel Well service providers and Active Travel England, the programme funders.  Your data will not be used for any marketing communications.  We do not share your name or contact information with Active Travel England.  You can read the full Privacy Policy here.
   20. The prize draw will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
   21. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry to the prize draw.
