St Peter’s Street public realm improvements

Coming soon

We will be making improvements to the public realm space on St Peter’s Street, Radford. This will provide a more sustainable, pleasant and connected location for residents, including students staying at the several student accommodation locations around the site.

Work for this project will start in spring 2026.

The work will include adding:

  • More benches for people to sit outside and socialise
  • More planters from local suppliers to make the space feel greener
  • Signage to onward cycle connections along the River Leen
  • E-bike/e-scooter hire parking

This work is being funded by Section 106 and Streets for People.

You can find the above design in a pdf format here.
