Nottingham’s world-famous Goose Fair returns this autumn, for the first time since being cancelled due to Covid in 2020 and 2021!
It’s on Friday 30 September – Sunday 9 October at the Forest Recreation Ground. Get all the details here.
With hundreds of thousands of revellers expected to attend, the best way to get to the fair is always by public transport – there is no parking provision (except for disabled badge holders).
Catch the tram from a park and ride – extra trams will be running to make sure you can get home quickly

- Catch the tram – get a group ticket covering 2 adults and up to 3 children for £8 after 4pm

If you’re not using a Park and Ride, you can still take advantage of NET trams group tickets and NCTs Grouprider ticket which is £7 for all day unlimited bus travel for 1 or 2 adults and up to 3 children
Please note – as always, Nottingham’s Forest Park and Ride is closed for the duration of the fair and will reopen on 13 October at 6am.
